We come together for 30 minutes and sit with our thoughts in quiet. A meditative phrase for contemplation will be provided, but feel free to bring your own (or none) as well.
Speaking is not encouraged. After meditation, join us in midday chat to discuss the ideas and experiences that came up for you.
